Geographic Information Systems (GIS) have been generating massive intrest world wide. There comparative recency, rapid rate of developement, commercial orientation and diversity have not assested in produsing a clear and simple undrestanding of what is GIS, to define it to individuals whithout any background in this domain . From this point I made these maps to help representing GIS by giving a clear and simple outline.
